Literature Text

I was walking with a friend someday,
I don't remember quite where.
She asked whether I loved my friends
And I replied,
"Semper"

Then the day before yesterday she screamed at me
For never really being there
She asked whether I cared for my friends
And I replied,
"Semper"

Then yesterday, to deal with the pain
I got the blade; Three slashes I must bear
She asked if the pain was worth the price
And I replied,
"Semper"

Then today she saw me run into the street,
The cars zoomed all around, she could only stare
A car rushed up; she screamed, "Don't you love me?"
And finally, I replied, with a grin on my face,
"Semper"
This isn't exactly perfect, but hey, I like it, and I'm having slight girl trouble, so writing creatively eases me a little. No I am not attempting to commit suicide. Calm down.
